At Indian Posture, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully pleased with your purchase, we’re here to assist.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including customized or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and perishable goods such as food or plants. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
